Hand-formed brass and green aventurine ring constructed through layered looping forms that cradle the stone in an open sculptural setting. The composition feels overgrown and fluid, as though the metal formed around the mineral over time.

Process:
The brass is annealed and shaped by hand into interconnected curves that weave around the stone without fully enclosing it. The aventurine is suspended within the structure, allowing light to move through the open spaces of the form.

Each piece is intended to be worn and maintained with care. To preserve the integrity of the metal, avoid prolonged exposure to water, moisture, and chemicals, and store in a dry environment when not in use.
Brass and sterling silver will naturally develop surface variation over time. A soft polishing cloth may be used to gently restore brightness as desired.
